The roof and window reveals are made of timber and the floor is slate with electric underfloor heating.  There is a timed extractor fan and the double glazed window has an opening sash.  there is a single iron radiator which we understand originated from the officer's quarters on the naval base. The doors and frames of these three rooms are from the original kirk and  are still fitted with their bespoke  iron door latches.

Bathroom 3.34 by 2.4 m


This room has a double glazed window and a timed extractor. The ceiling and door reveals are timbered and lighting is provided with downlighters and a mirror light. The bath itself is a refinished roll edge iron bath with traditional fittings. the floor is slate flags with underfloor heating.There is storage space for towels and laundry and the radiator is a runged towel design with a thermostat.


Utility room 3.3 m by 1.2 m



This room has a plumbed ceramic sink with wooden drainer and could lend itself to being a pantry or a laundry room. There are electrical power points and lighting is by a flourescent unit The ceiling is of wood cladding and the floor is flagged.
